Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy – Snowceline Luxuries

1. Summary

  • Snowceline Luxuries does not accept returns for change of mind.
  • Returns/Exchanges may be processed if eligibility criteria are met and approved after inspection.
  • SALE/Final Sale items and certain items are non-returnable.

2. Return/Exchange Eligibility Requirements

To maintain quality and authentication standards, items will only be considered for return/exchange if they meet all requirements below.

  • Requests must be submitted within 3 calendar days after the shipment is marked as delivered.
  • Item must be unused, unwashed, free from odor, stains, new scratches, or any damage.
  • Tags/labels must remain attached, intact, and not removed.
  • Returned with complete original packaging (box, dust bag, cards, booklets, and any included accessories).
  • The item must match the condition sent (including all accessories and freebies, if any).

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked SALE / Final Sale.
  • Items stated as “non-returnable” on the product page.
  • Hygiene-sensitive items if seal/packaging is opened or the item has been used.
  • Items damaged or devalued due to customer use or mishandling.
  • Pre-loved items with clearly disclosed condition (minor wear, patina, hairline scratches) that match the listing description.

4. Cases That May Be Considered for a Refund

Refunds are generally only considered for specific verified cases, such as:

  • Wrong item received.
  • Item damaged upon arrival.
  • Undisclosed defect not stated on the listing (for pre-loved: beyond the disclosed condition).

5. How to Request a Return/Exchange/Refund

To start the process, please contact our Client Advisor via WhatsApp and provide the following:

  • Order/invoice number.
  • Product name and variant (if applicable).
  • Reason for return/exchange/refund.
  • Unboxing photos/videos and item condition (recommended for mismatch/damage cases).

6. Approval & Inspection

All requests are subject to verification and inspection. Snowceline Luxuries reserves the right to determine whether the item’s condition is acceptable for a return, exchange, or refund.

7. Return Shipping

  • Once approved, the item must be shipped back within 7 calendar days.
  • Return shipping is generally covered by the customer unless the issue is confirmed as our error (e.g., wrong item).
  • We recommend using tracked and insured shipping.

8. Exchange & Price Differences

  • Exchanges are subject to availability (in stock) at the time of approval.
  • If you exchange for a higher-priced item, you must pay the price difference.
  • If you choose a lower-priced item, the difference is not refundable; it may be issued as store credit in accordance with our policy.

9. Refunds

If approved, refunds are processed after the item is received and passes inspection. Refunds follow the original payment method or another agreed method. Processing time may vary by bank/payment provider.

  • Refunds generally cover the item value only (and may exclude certain service fees, if applicable).
  • Processing time depends on your bank/payment provider timelines.

10. Additional Terms

  • We may reject requests if there is evidence of use, removed tags, or the item condition fails eligibility checks.
  • For luxury goods, breaking certain seals, removing authenticity tags, or any modification may void return/exchange eligibility.
  • This policy may be updated at any time without prior notice.
